  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Booking direct with us, you can cancel for free up until 7 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled after this a first night's accommodation fee will apply.

  • What is the payment policy?

    We process full payment 7 days prior to arrival date on the credit card supplied with the booking. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. 

  • How do I check in?

    There is no need to check in at reception. Key to the apartment is located in a secure safety box outside of the main lobby area.

    We will provide codes and information needed for a smooth check-in experience prior to your stay.


    We are always available over phone if you have any questions. 

  • Are the apartments serviced?

    All of our apartments are not serviced daily. We provide plenty of towels and complimentary amenitites to make it comfortable for you.

    You will have access to laundry facilities and all cleaning products if you wish to freshen up the apartment during your stay.

  • Are the apartments self-contained?

    The privately owned apartments are fully self-contained with the latest appliances and complimentary amenities to help make your holiday comfortable. 


    We provide linen, bath towels and pool towels. 


    The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, stove top, large fridge, and a blender.
