Payment Policy
We process full payment 30 days prior your arrival. We require to hold you credit card from booking and during your stay to secure your reservation. We can process Visa and MasterCards for payment. If you prefer a different payment method, please get in contact with us.
Security Deposit
We do not ask for a security deposit, if not booked through an online booking agent. But we do ask to have your credit card on file prior and during your stay. If card has been declining, we may ask for a $200 AUD security deposit to be fully refunded on check-out.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 30 day Cancellation Policy. If you cancel prior 30 days of your arrival no payment will be processed. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please get in contact with us.
How Do I Access The Keys?
Two weeks prior your arrival we will send you an email with our apartment information and instructions on how to access your keys. We also send a phone message a couple of days prior with the same information, to make sure that you feel confident in the arrival process. We are available over phone or in person (please request) if you wish to have further guidance on arrival.
Will Someone Be There To Meet Me?
We offer a private express check-in and check-out. This means that there is no need to check in at the resort reception. We will let you know two weeks prior your stay how to access your keys, which are placed in a secret location close to the apartment. If you prefer to have us meeting you in person on your arrival or during your stay, this can be organized. We are always available over phone prior and during your stay.
Will The Apartment Be Serviced?
We offer fully self-contained Apartments, with no cleaning service during your stay. All apartments have laundry facilities and products if you wish to freshen up any towels or linen during your stay. We have a smaller supply of bathroom amenities for you to use, but we do recommend that you bring your own hygiene products. If you wish to have your apartment serviced during your stay, please let us know in advanced so that this can be arranged for an extra charge.
