ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Payment Policy
We will process full payment 3 days prior to arrival to the credit card given on booking. This includes a 2% service fee. Policy may vary depending on booking agent. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor.
Security Deposit
We do not ask for a security deposit, if not booked through an online booking agent. But we do ask to have your credit card on file prior and during your stay. If card has been declining, we may ask for a $200 AUD security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation and modification up to 1 day prior to arrival. If cancelled after 12pm the day prior to arrival, a 1st night cancellation fee will apply. Policy may vary depending on booking agent.
How Do I Access The Keys?
3 days prior your arrival we will send you an email with instructions on how to access your keys. We are available over phone or in person (please request) if you wish to have further guidance on arrival.
Will Someone Be There To Meet Me?
We offer a private express check-in and check-out. This means that there is no need to check in at the hotel reception. We will let you know 3 days prior your stay how to access your keys, which are placed in a secret location close to the apartment. If you prefer to have us meeting you in person on your arrival or during your stay, this can be organized. We are always available over phone prior and during your stay.
Will The Apartment Be Serviced?
We offer fully self-contained apartments, with no cleaning service during your stay. All apartments have laundry facilities and products if you wish to freshen up any towels or linen during your stay. We have a smaller supply of bathroom amenities for you to use, but we do recommend that you bring your own hygiene products. If you wish to have your apartment serviced during your stay, please let us know in advanced so that this can be arranged for an extra charge.
